As a part of our journey we can assist you in finding the best build-able lot but ultimately will lean on you to purchase the lot outside of our business together. Historically this will cost anywhere from $20,000 to $100,000 depending on the location, size, and complexity of your dirt!
Once we have a build-able lot in your inventory it’s time to start designing your dream home! We consider “The Design” phase to include Architectural Design, Structural/Civil Engineering, and Permitting. This cost will be anywhere from $40,000 to $70,000 depending on the location and complexity of your project. Cornerstone can help finance some of these fees but ultimately this cost will not be apart of your “Build” cost.
