As a part of our journey we can assist you in finding the best build-able lot but ultimately will lean on you to purchase the lot outside of our business together. Historically this will cost anywhere from $20,000 to $100,000 depending on the location, size, and complexity of your dirt!
Once we have a buildable lot in your inventory it’s time to start designing your dream home! We consider “The Design” phase to include Architectural Design, Structural/Civil Engineering, and Permitting. This cost will be anywhere from $40,000 to $70,000 depending on the location and complexity of your project. When approved, Cornerstone can help with delayed payment plans for some of these fees but ultimately this cost will not be a part of your “Build” cost.
